My journey started with an unusual combination—an Engineering degree in Computer Science paired with an MBA in Information Technology. Looking back, this blend gave me something invaluable: the ability to speak both the language of builders and the language of business.
Early in my career, I found my footing as a Business Analyst, working on enterprise solutions that genuinely improved how people experienced technology. My world revolved around the "how"—How can we solve this? How do we bridge the gap between what's needed and what's possible? Those years taught me something fundamental: that behind every technical challenge are real people trying to get their work done. Clear communication, earning stakeholder trust, and translating messy real-world problems into something we could actually build—these became my foundation.
Then I took a leap that changed everything. Along with a few like-minded friends, I became an entrepreneur. We noticed something the big group deal sites had missed: suburban vendors across Canada were being overlooked. So we built hojojo.com—a hyperlocal marketplace connecting communities with deals from businesses right in their neighborhoods. It was exhilarating and humbling in equal measure. More than anything, it taught me to start with the problem, not the solution.
Somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn't just enjoying the process of building—I was falling in love with the "why" behind it all. Why do users need this? Why does this problem matter? That curiosity led me to transition into Product Management, where I could finally marry strategy with execution. I genuinely love sitting down with clients, diving into market dynamics, understanding what competitors are doing (and missing), and crafting solutions that actually move the needle in people's lives.
Most recently, as a Technical Product Manager at Infor, I led the development of B2B SaaS point-of-sale solutions used by thousands of enterprise clients in hospitality and gaming. I became fascinated by data-heavy products—the kind that take overwhelming amounts of raw information and transform it into clarity. By incorporating AI and machine learning for forecasting and automation, we delivered tools that didn't just work—they created real, measurable value for the people using them every day.
What drives me as a Product Manager is this: I believe the best products emerge when you combine strategic thinking with technical fluency, when you balance data with empathy, and when you stay relentlessly focused on execution. Whether I'm uncovering new market opportunities, aligning cross-functional teams, or defining product vision, I try to bring structure to complexity and clarity to collaboration.
Today, I'm passionate about helping organizations build AI-driven, user-centered products that scale—but never at the expense of the human beings they're meant to serve. My approach is straightforward: listen deeply to understand what truly matters, align teams around a shared purpose, and deliver products that leave things better than we found them.
