My work lives at the intersection of vision and execution. I chart where we're going, then roll up my sleeves to understand why it matters. That means diving into user feedback and data, yes—but more importantly, it means truly listening. I don't just ask people what they want; I watch how they actually work, notice where they get stuck or frustrated, and pay attention to those moments of surprise or delight that reveal what's really going on beneath the surface.
I believe the best products are built by teams who trust each other and share a common purpose. So I work hard to keep conversations clear, open, and honest—making sure everyone, from engineering to design to marketing, knows not just what we're building, but why it matters.
